TSA Employees Unwilling To Give Up Their Soft Porn

Heh...it's not fun standing around all day long when you're fat and old. Can't we just let them have their little jollies?

TSA ignores nude scanner court order

(NEWSER) The Transportation Security Administration was ordered a full year ago to "promptly" hold public hearings about its controversial use of full-body scanners, but there has been zilch from the agency so far. A federal appeals court has now ordered the agency to explain its lack of action, and to hold the hearings by the end of this month, reports Wired. The agency has also been ordered to disclose its rules and regulations concerning the scanners to the public.
One more example of the astonishingly responsive and transparent Obama Administration. I can't WAIT until they get complete control of healthcare, because then, of course, all we'll do is wait...

Utopia...or Euthanasia...I get those mixed up.

  1. Hopefully Obama will be gone before his administration starts flatly and obviously ignoring court orders. Don't want to see that precedent set.

    1. Wait, RG...starts??

I thought this story was just another example. How about the Black Panther Voting Suppression case? Or Fast and Furious? Or Arizona's border?

Seems like they've been ignoring whatever they wish for sometime.

    2. They've always got some pretense as a fig leaf. They're appealing the case, or they haven't had time to respond, or executive privilege (with Congress not the courts) or they interpret the law differently (also with Congress) or something. They haven't had the nerve to just say "we're not going to do it and there's nothing you can do to force us to". Not that I know of anyway. I think it's low probability but these people are utterly without honor, so who knows. The only thing that could be done in that case is impeachment and with the MSM being the propaganda arm of the Democrats the Congress would have to be a lot more conservative for that to happen. They could try shutting off funding but I don't think that would be a lot easier to pull off.

    3. Good point. Yes, so far they have been able to dodge things. I think, actually, that they will do that forever. There's no need to give the game away by just coming out and saying they don't give a rat's ass for the law. Pretending is for much more devious and it keeps the peasants (us) from rioting.

  2. started right at the beginning when faked report that was the basis to shut down off-shore drilling was ordered stayed by federal court. Salazar ignored the court, stopped all drilling.
Anyone notice how the "common sense gun laws" approach is now being used for the 1st amendment. 9 and 10 ignored, 2nd being ignored, 1st now in process of being trampled. What a great administration.

    1. Exactly. They don't have to openly state their defiance and contempt. They just do it. Their actions speak for themselves.
