Radical Christianity is as threatening as radical Islam.

I, personally, am terrified every time the "radical" church ladies leave a Watchtower pamphlet at my door. They are planning to kill me, I just know it.

What isn't funny is that people as stupid as Rosie O'Donnell have a platform like The View on which to spout such nonsense and the audience (stupid squared) applaud. You can almost feel their congratulatory self-righteousness. I wouldn't be surprised if they shared satisfied glances among themselves as they furiously clapped their approval of such hideous stupidity, thinking themselves so very, very clever and intelligent and tolerant.

But while they smack their little hands together in support of equating "radical" Christianity with radical Islam, there are real women who know the difference. Because it kills them.

Canada: Mother has throat slit to spine for wanting kids raised as Westerners

Throat slashed to her spine...
Wife and mother Randjida Khairi wanted her children to be essentially raised like all the other children in her adopted nation of Canada
But for taking a stand contrary to her staunchly Islamic and Afghanistan-born husband, Peer Khairi, Randjida was found by Canadian police with her throat slashed wide-open, as well as her neck muscles, esophagus and voice box slashed open to the spine.
Unable to raise her head or scream for help, the victim slowly suffocated in her own blood.
According to testimony, "a process a pathologist would later determine took between five and 10 minutes."

Yes, kittens. Radical Christianity is as dangerous as radical Islam. Rosie O'Donnell said so.

Not on your life.

  1. Dorothy Parker had it right: "You can lead a whore to Vasser, but you can't make her think."

  2. "The View audience = stupidity squared"

    More like stupidity cubed. :/

  3. I was having quite a problem commenting here, Buttercup.

In the end I found that to be able to comment I must have third party cookies enabled. Ended the problem.

    1. I'm delighted you figured it out. Rachel wants me to switch over to wordpress, and I am tempted, but I work on one wordpress site, and I can't stand it. Maybe when I get the hang of it, I'll be more inclined.

Then I'll be all grown up, like the big kids!

  4. Oh, spare me. Islamists will happily cut off your head. Christians won't even cut off a conversation. Ask Lara Logan about the true nature of the Religion of Peace. Or better yet, Rosie, fly to Libya to find out for yourself. Go experience what true diversity is like. I eagerly await your insights into how "consent" is such a Western concept.

SNORT! HAHAHAHA! I need to get me a commenter award like Rachel. And yes, I am an unashamed copy cat. And a kiss ass.

      HAHAHAHA!

  5. I guess the best way to change their opinion is to force the women in the audience to wear Burkhas, beat a few during the show and stone Rosie O'Donnel at the end of the segment.

  6. If there is any single issue that so clearly and unavoidably illustrates the hypocrisy of the left, it is Islam and its treatment of women, gays, minorities - basically anyone who isn't an Arab male is in for trouble. And Islam's kind of trouble often leaves one somewhat more than just inconvenienced by a couple of sweet old ladies who want to save you. Just the other day, our neighborhood Jehovah's Witnesses came by and I, thankfully, was out, but my husband was home. He mentioned that they both said to thank me for telling them the name of the rose on the front of our house. I also told them I wasn't interested in being saved, but they must have figured I was worth another attempt before coming to cut off my head or stone me to death.

Nice of them, considering they are as dangerous to democracy as radical Islam.

    1. What clearly demonstrates the left's hypocrisy is the their deafening silence over the treatment of women by Islam..

  7. It's not about religion; it's about power.

    1. You're right, Steve D. Whenever religion becomes wedded in unholy matrimony to political power, power wins the day and the whole thing becomes insane. The Catholic and Protestant Churches come to mind...And now we see Leftism, which is the religion of the left, expressed WHOLLY through political power.

Like Leftism, Islam is particularly malevolent because it has ALWAYS been political in its aspirations, and can not be separated.

So, yes, it is ALL about power.

  8. No, no, no, you don't get it at all. Rosie the riveter O'Donnell is above the crimes and criminals. The cloud city made of pipe dream smoke that she and most other left coast libs live in only contains others like themselves.

A basic litmus test for the presence of racism is 'like tends towards like'. In that sense the cloud city is the most discriminatory city in the world, but they will never see it because you can be any race, gender, or gender lover to get in. They just have to believe that everyone living there knows best and everyone else is more or less equally beneath them.

No one in Cloud city is affected by Radical Islam, but they do get occasional notes to be saved by those of the class beneath them. THEY are not killed by either and they would not be 'saved' by any religion, therefore they are equivalent. It is not like you can believe the word of any of the class beneath you, right?

    1. Rosie the Riveter. HAHAHAHAAAA!

They do preach at us from their lofty perches, sort of like vultures.

I think for poeple like Rosie and her kind, their hatred is first for Christianity because THAT belief system animates Americans and MIGHT influence politics ie. gay marriage, abortion, sexual "freedom." She doesn't really give a shit about Islam one way or the other because she doesn't believe it will ever affect her, and NONE of these characters really care about anyone but themselves.

Their concern for others is always a cover for their own wishes, with the added bonus of feeling good about themselves.

And, in her case, I do think she's dumb enough to believe that there just may BE a Cloud City someday in the Utopian Future of Environmental Awareness and Universal Tolerance for Deviancy where they would all fly around on skittle-shitting unicorn hover ponies throwing fairy dust down on us little people because she is just that wonderful.

      I can't wait.

  9. Chomp, chomp, chomp. Mmph, yea, these skittles are great, but I hate the brown ones.

Skittle shitting unicorn ponies. HAHAHAHA! (And technically Rosie still thinks of herself as a virgin, cuz cucumbers and various mechanized materials don't count)

It will be a green city where windmills and rainy waterfalls give all the power and Al Gore will have found an anti-aging flower that you stick up your butt. If given to ponies, they grow a horn and shit skittle apples.

It reminds me of a Buffy the Vamppire Slayer episode(another Joss Whedon miracle), but I don't think you have experienced that series, correct?

    1. Correct. I have never watched Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I don't watch much TV other than South Park and the cooking channel. Course you got me hooked on Firefly. But I watched that online. Does that count?

And I heard Mr. Cucumber distinctly say he never had sex with that woman. I think it was during a guest appearance on The Wiggles. It was more likely the Hot Potato. You have to watch out for spuds.

    2. Ah...uh, hmmm. Brilliant, but I am speechless. I had no idea Mr. cucumber even talked.

Except, seeing Firefly anywhere counts, of course. It is those who never see it in any format that are humped. Quite honestly, I love Buffy even more than Firefly, but that is more from quantity. If there were 7 seasons of FF and only one of Buffy, FF would be number one. Seriously, I would rate the episodes, Hush, Beer bad, What's my line part 1 and 2, the musical, and all evil Willow episodes as superior TV to the best Firefly episode. There was just more to choose from. If you are ever recovering from a fall or a disease or the kids have left the house and you have a few hours of desolation, you should really watch the Buffy series as well. It is witty, has good action and excellent drama. I will always recommend FF to a horse person first because it really is a space western. However, if you enjoyed it, appreciated the humor in The Avengers etc, it is Joss Whedon. Even his least works are worth seeing, and Buffy is his best body of work.
