Why, as RG points out in the comments, it's just Mr. Sas Squatch looking for a new home. Something with a view, and lots of privacy.

    Oh, yeah. That's Arooftanshka. A little touchy, but generally a nice guy. I guess this place didn't work out after all, he must be looking for a place to build.
