I found the link for this in a post by BenK at Ace of Spades HQ, and, like him, I hadn't seen it before now. This young man brings the REAL about gun control laws and political "courage."
People like him represent the majority of U.S. citizens. The media, politicians and their minions may disagree, but they do so with the knowledge they've crossed a line and their efforts will fail.
I hope you're right, Jess. I think it's close. And in a few more years, it will be tipped against us. We already have the DHS and the TSA, and they would shoot your ass in a heartbeat if they were told to do it.
What the fuck is going ON down in New Mexico?????? That's the state where that guy went through 14 hours and numerous cavity searches, even general anesthesia because they thought he had drugs. None were found --- BUT WHAT THE FUCK????
This one's in El Paso, though that's practically a stone's throw from Deming NM where that other one was. Looks like the federal court (this one's border patrol, which I think is part of DHS now) with jurisdiction is in NM.
It would be really interesting to know the "chain of command" and whether it goes straight back to Holder and Obama. My spydie sense says that NM is a test to see just how far they can go without citizens pushing back.
Indirectly I think. Within a 100 miles of the border is virtually a constitution free zone. Not sure if that originated with the DOJ or DHS. Virtually no one in any branch or department at any level in the Federal government has any respect for the citizens, Constitution or law. There are a few hopeful signs but they're few and far between. On the whole, the future's looking pretty bleak. So yeah, boned.
Oh right...I saw the origination of the article listed as Alburquerque, NM and flipped out right there without really reading that it happened in TX. But STILL!!!

ReplyDeleteBut only after a really thorough probe.
